Job Description:

• Uncrate solar panels
• Lift and carry panels into place
• Secure panels into place
• Clean up job site
• Misc. minor duties

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting (approximately 50 lbs.)
• Reach and lift above shoulder
• Climbing (ladders, stairs, etc.)
• Bending and stooping
• Extending periods of walking
• Regular exposure to weather conditions
• Work at a rapid pace

Other Requirements:

• Be able to take direction and work with other people
• Be able to speak and understand English (safety)
• Provide steel toe work boots suitable for construction site
• Have reliable transportation
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle a plus
• ID as required on federal document I-9
