Brad Bachman - Eagle Scout Msgr. Perry with Brad Bachman Congratulations to Brad Bachman on earning the rank of Eagle Scout. Brad's community service project was to erect a flag pole outside of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton parish. It took him over 600 hours to make it happen.
