Re-sign is in-person, by mail, or by online form each month, beginning on the 10th and ending on the 16th of each month.  A singular re-sign will re-sign all books if applicable.  Re-signs will require the following information: Name, address, home local number, IBEW membership number, or if not a union member, a driver’s license or government approved identification.  In person re-sign is during normal office hours, from 8:00 am to 12:00pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.  Re-sign by mail must be postmarked no sooner than the 10th and no later than the 16th of the month.  Re-sign by online form must be submitted no sooner than the 10th and no later than the 16th of the month.
