    Verizon Early Bargaining Report: Update 2
    07/16/18 - CWA Local 1103
    CWA, IBEW and Verizon have reached an agreement in principle to extend the collective bargaining agreements for a four-year period. The current agreements are set to expire on August 3, 2019. If finalized, the agreements will extend through August 5, 2023.

The AMFA Committee has been working with the Company over the last ten weeks drafting the new language, and we now have a Tentative Agreement (TA) ready for membership consideration. The full TA has been emailed to each member’s Southwest email for review.

    UPS Freight National Negotiations Update

    Jul 13, 2018 -  Last night the IBT announced that they have reached a Tentative Agreement with the Company for the UPS Freight Agreement. The IBT released no further details, and stated that they would not do so until the "two-person" committee where Local Unions will send two representatives to review the proposed changes.

    IBEW 21 and CBRE Reach Tentative Agreement
    07/13/18 - International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 21
    IBEW Local Union 21 and CWA District 4 have each reached a tentative agreement with CBRE.  The agreement contains many improvements over existing contract provisions which were made to address the concerns of our members. Highlights of the new four year agreement include: an 11% wage increase over the life of the agreement, no negative changes to health care language, on-call pay increases, one additional floating holiday, and work up rate increases for CFC Certified Facility Mechanics.
